iDIO (Interactive Audio) gives birth to Audio Games -  it is not Mp3, it is not Video games.  Audio Games are games that you only play with your hearing. You interact with what you hear with buttons on the device. Imagine games like remixing your music on the go or beeping out swear words during a phone conversations. iDIO is a Walkman Revolution which will give birth to a brand new Entertainment Industry.

 






The Birth of a Brand New Entertainment Industry

iDIO gives something totally fresh to both the existing music and games market. This Walkman Revolution will bring new experiences to consumers and new opportunities for games designers, musicians, voice actors and more! iDIO is definitely a revolution because it can not be classified in any of today's mainstream entertainment genres.

Creative Games
iDIO paves way for infinite creativity.... imagine games like: Prank calling your favourite cartoon character. Relationship simulator which teaches you how to talk on a first date. Tongue-Twister challenge which scores you and your friends and rank you against players from around the world. Interactive audio novel which you get to choose your endings or even collect items like a RPG game. Dynamic Music Album where after listening to an Avril Lavigne's song the third time unlocks the ability to remix her songs yourself!

The Winning Design + Journey to Japan
iDIO was the Winner of Sony Concept Design Contest in 2005 which invites all designer to dream up a new Sony design. iDIO is also a top contestant in the Game Yarouze contest which is a Game Design Contest held by Sony Computer Entertainment. iDIO's designer, John@AARIVE, was invited to go to Sony in Japan to present the idea to Sony Designers.
